Where do you ship?
 

Shipping is available within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii.  At this time International shipping is not available.

 
What are your S&H costs?

 

Free priority shipping is offered on all orders of $75 or more (excluding tax).  For orders under $75 shipping options are available at checkout.  

 

When does my order ship?
 

All orders will begin processing within 24 hours after the purchase has been received, excluding Sundays and holidays.  Please allow up to 48 hours for all orders to be processed. Orders typically ships within 48 hours after processing is completed.  

 

 
How do I track my order?
 
When orders are ready to be shipped you will receive an email detailing your delivery information. To track all orders please click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
 

Can I purchase gift cards?

 

Great News! Mix & Match Accessories Gift Cards are available for purchase.  You can use your M&M Accessories Gift Card to make full or partial payment towards your total purchase.  Gift Cards have no expiration date.

 

 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item(s) combine the item(s) along with the original contents  (attached tags and original sales receipt) and package it.  Fill out the return form and enclose it with the item(s) in which you are returning.  It is recommended you visit one of the following traceable carriers to ship your return: USPS, FedEx or UPS.  Please keep the tracking number for your return to ensure the package arrives at Mix & Match Accessories.

 

The cost for shipping returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Mix & Match Accessories does not offer credit/debit refunds.  Exchanges are welcomed, provided the item(s) has not been damaged, altered or worn.  All purchases must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

 

If you wish to exchange an item(s) please follow the return procedure and fill out the order form included in your delivery package.  Once the returned item(s) is received and processed, the new item(s) listed on your order form will then be processed and shipped.  NOTE - Please visit www.mixmatchaccessories.com for item selections.

 

Mix & Match Accessories does not charge a shipping fee on the first exchange order from the original purchase receipt. Any item(s) being exchanged thereafter, using the same receipt, will require a shipping fee to be applied.  All exchanges must be of equal or greater value from the original purchase amount.  PLEASE NOTE - selecting item(s) of greater value will require payment by credit/debit card before item(s) is shipped. A gift card will be issued for the original purchase amount of your return if no item(s) is listed on the return form.
